Gale'S Lemon Rounds(A Golden Soft Cookie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter (room temperature)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Bake a butter cake.
Buy one large container of Safeway strawberries.
Buy one large container of Cool Whip.
Poke little holes into the cake with a toothpick.
Pour the strawberries all over the cake and spread them evenly.
Spread the Cool Whip on top of the strawberries, be careful not to let the juice get into the white creme, but if it does, that is okay, the cake is still good either way.
