Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. milk, heated to lukewarm
4 Tbsp. sugar (1/4 c.)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted margarine
3 1/2 c. sifted flour (approximately)
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk. Stir in sugar, salt and melted butter (margarine).
Add flour and beat well.
Let rise until almost double in bulk.
Punch down and roll out on lightly floured board to 1/4-inch thick. Cut in about 2-inch pieces. Dip each piece in melted butter.
Pile in buttered pans (I use tube pan) until half full.
Let rise to double in bulk.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve uncut.
It is already buttered.
