Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground zucchini
    4 c. onions
    5 Tbsp. salt
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    2 1/4 c. white vinegar
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Grind zucchini,
    onions and green and red peppers.
    Add salt. Set
    overnight.
    Drain and rinse.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bring
    to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes,
    stirring\toccasionally.
    Pour into hot jars. Seal and process for 5 minutes.
