Oven Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small boneless chicken breasts
    4 oz. thin sliced ham
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 c. corn flakes, crushed (about 1 1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Flatten each chicken breast half to 1/4-inch thickness between waxed paper.
    Divide ham and Swiss cheese among chicken breasts. Roll each chicken breast up and secure with a wooden pick.
    Mix corn flakes, parsley and paprika.
    Dip chicken into buttermilk. Coat evenly with corn flake mixture.
    Place chicken, seam sides down, in greased square pan (9 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Bake, uncovered, in 425\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes; remove wooden picks.
    Makes 6 servings.
