Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. Reese's creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. quick-cooking or regular rolled oats
about 48 miniature Reese's peanut butter cups
Preparation

In a large mixer bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; blend into peanut butter mixture.
Stir in oats.
Cover dough; refrigerate several hours or until firm enough to handle.
