Rice Soup With Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. steamed rice
    2 c. water
    10 large shrimp
    1 oz. Chinese parsley
    1 oz. ginger
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fish sauce
    1/3 tsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 fresh eggs
Preparation
    Clean and devein shrimp.
    Slice parsley and ginger into small pieces.
    Boil water in a saucepan over high heat.
    Add rice.
    Stir shortly.
    Add shrimp, sugar, m.s.g., fish sauce, celery salt, black pepper and eggs.
    Allow to boil for 1 minute.
    Cover with lid and remove from heat.
