Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. mashed banana
    1 1/4 c. plain flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream Crisco with sugar until light.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Stir in mashed banana.
    Stir together plain flour, baking soda and salt.
    Add to banana mixture and mix until well blended.
    Bake in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
