Great Fried Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. water
1/3 c. cornmeal
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. finely grated cheese
1 to 2 lb. fish fillets
Preparation

Beat egg, mustard and water in shallow pan.
Combine meal, flour and cheese in another dish.
Dip fillets first in egg mixture, then meal mixture.
Fry 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper.
