Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. powdered milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients all together.
    Pour in 1 3/4 to 2 cups warm water and mix.
    Mix with hands until soft.
    Take a ball of soft dough, pat back and forth (or roll out with rolling pin) and pull until flat and round.
    Put one cup Crisco oil in pan; heat until hot.
    Cook dough until brown on both sides.
    Serve with chili beans or can be used as dessert with honey.
