Seven Grain Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. (2 envelopes) yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. brown sugar or honey
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 c. seven grain flour
    5 1/2 to 6 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    After proofing yeast, mix in 2 cups warm water, brown sugar or honey, salt and vegetable oil.
    Add seven grain flour and enough white flour to make firm dough.
    Knead well.
    Let rise 2 times.
    Shape into loaves.
    Let rise again. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
