Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat the eggs until frothy.
    Beat in sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla; mix until thick and lemon color.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder; mix well. Add chopped nuts.
    Coat two loaf pans (8 x 4 x 3-inch) with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing onto wire rack.
