Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large broiling or frying chicken, cut into at least 8 parts
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. green peppers, cut in 1/4 inch pieces
    1 c. drained pineapple chunks, cut in halves (save the juice)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. of the saved pineapple juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Wash the chicken pieces in cold running water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
    Mix the salt, pepper and ginger together in a small bowl.
    Sprinkle this mixture onto the chicken parts and rub it in with your fingers.
    Lightly sprinkle on the flour or gently shake the chicken parts in a bag containing the flour.
    Set the coated chicken pieces on a plate.
