Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
3/4 c. oil
7 c. flour
3 eggs
2 sticks oleo
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add sugar, salt, eggs, oil and 3 1/2 cups flour; beat well.
Gradually add rest of flour.
Knead well. Let rise until doubled (about 2 hours).
Knead again a few times. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness on floured surface and cut like dumplings.
Dip each piece into melted oleo and drop into tube pan helter skelter (use 2 tube pans or can use cake pans).
Let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Delicious.
