Zucchini Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent dinner rolls
3 medium zucchini, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 medium jar sliced mushrooms
1 c. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. dill weed
2 eggs
1 can crabmeat
fresh parsley (garnish)
Preparation

Form rolls into crust.
Saute zucchini and mushrooms in butter.
Add crabmeat, drained and washed.
Beat eggs adding garlic, salt, dill weed and pepper.
Pour over zucchini mixture in pie shell.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
Serves 6 to 8.
