Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cheese, diced (Velveeta, Cheddar, etc.)
    1 c. cracker crumbs or dressing mix
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes; drain well. Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and diced cheese; mix well.
    Add drained broccoli.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs or dressing mix over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
