3/4 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
1 c. chunky style peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. instant nonfat dry milk
2 Tbsp. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. toasted oats cereal
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl cream together butter, brown sugar and honey.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, dry milk, wheat germ, salt and baking soda.
Add to batter, stirring well.
Fold in toasted oats cereal. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten with fork.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
