Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat sugar, cooking oil, vanilla, eggs and sour cream in large bowl.
    Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and nutmeg well in a large bowl. Add to the first mixture.
    Add chopped apples and beat well, then add chopped pecans and stir well.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
