Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 large bunch scallions
2 cans jalapeno bean dip
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 cans pitted ripe chopped olives
2 c. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
large round tortilla chips
Preparation

Peel, pit and mash avocados.
In a bowl, combine avocados, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
To assemble, spread bean dip in large shallow plate.
Layer with sour cream mixture, then layers of avocado, chopped onions, tomatoes and olives.
Cover with shredded cheese.
Serve with chips.
