Ingredients

1 lb. coconut, finely ground
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. strawberry jello (reserve 1/2 box)
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 lb. blanched almonds or pecans, ground
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Shape a small amount into a strawberry and then roll in the reserved jello which has been mixed with 4 tablespoons sugar and a little red food coloring.
Put 3 small leaves on with a leaf tube.
These freeze well.
