Crackling Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
1 c. diced cracklings
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Add the milk and stir in the cracklings.
Form into oblong cakes and place in a greased 12-inch baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
