Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    4 c. finely chopped spinach
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan in oven. Combine remaining ingredients, adding cheese and spinach last.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Cool 1/2 hour before serving.
    May be put on a hot tray as an hors d'oeuvre.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
