Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 deep graham cracker shell or 2 regular size shells
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Mix in sugar and vanilla flavoring.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Put in shell and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with chopped strawberries about 30 minutes before serving.
