Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 bananas, mashed
3 tsp. vanilla
3 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 c. zucchini, grated (do not peel)
1 c. chopped nuts or raisins or part of both
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients; set aside.
Blend eggs, oil and sugars. Add dry ingredients; mix lightly until well blended.
Add zucchini, bananas, nuts and vanilla; mix well.
Spread into 2 greased loaf pans (9 x 5 x 3-inch) and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or 3 greased loaf pans (7 7/8 x 3 7/8 x 2 1/2-inch) for 1 hour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 (or 325\u00b0 if glass pans).
