Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 green peppers
    2 red peppers
    4 c. ground onions
    5 Tbsp. salt
    10 c. zucchini squash
Preparation
    Grind zucchini squash and do not peel.
    Take large seeds out. Add onions and salt.
    Let stand overnight.
    Next morning, drain and rinse with cold water.
    Grind green and red pepper.
    Add all ingredients.
    Cook slowly for 30 minutes.
    Fill jars and seal. Yield: 8 pints.
