Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. distilled water
    2 Tbsp. turbine sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Assemble doughmaker.
    Sift dry ingredients into large mixer bowl.
    Quickly add all remaining liquid ingredients.
    Mix with doughmaker at setting #12 only until dry ingredients are moistened. Bake in 2 greased pans in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
    Let cool 5 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
    While warm, brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
