Party Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breast halves, boned
    8 slices dried beef, chopped
    3 slices breakfast bacon, partially cooked
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
Preparation
    Flatten chicken breasts between waxed paper with rolling pin. Top each breast with dried beef. Roll to enclose filling. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick. Arrange in baking dish.
    Mix sour cream with remaining ingredients in a bowl.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake, covered, at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Yields 8 servings.
