Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 to 4 c. rhubarb, cut up
    1 pastry shell
Preparation
    Put
    rhubarb
    in
    shell.
    Sprinkle with flour and sugar over rhubarb.
    Beat eggs with 1 tablespoon water and pour over rhubarb. Dot
    with butter.\tBake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Let cool and serve.
