Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. water
1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) refrigerated biscuits (or biscuit dough for ten small biscuits, roll by Tbsp. amounts into balls)
Preparation

Use glass or Corning Ware pie plate (8 to 9-inch).
Combine sugar, butter and water; microwave for 1 minute.
Add nuts and stir.
Cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces, add to sugar mixture and roll to coat each piece.
Use rubber spatula to scrape mixture and biscuits from center to place empty custard cup into, open end up.
Cook at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, or can be microwaved instead of using oven for 1 minute, turned halfway and microwaved for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until biscuits are not sticky.
Remove and take custard cup out with potholder.
