Zucchini Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup biscuit mix
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 cups thinly sliced zucchini
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except zucchini, mixing well.
    Stir in zucchini. Spread evenly in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Serve warm. Yield: about 4 dozen.
