Pork, Shrimp, Ham Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. canola oil
6 c. boiled rice (fixed and cooled at least 6 hours before)
8 scallions, diced
1/2 c. diced pork roast
1 c. diced shrimp
1/2 c. diced ham
6 scrambled eggs
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. diced raw carrot
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
Toss rice in oil until hot and golden.
Add scallions and meat.
Stir in last 5 ingredients until heated throughout.
Serves 12.
