Ingredients

1 6 oz. can frozen apple juice concentrate
1 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. sliced apples
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 pie crusts
Preparation

Bring concentrate to boil.
Combine margarine, cornstarch, spices, and enough concentrate to make smooth.
Stir this into boiling concentrate and cook until clear and thickened.
Pour over apples and stir until coated.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Add top crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes and then reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake another 30 minutes, until golden brown.
