Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix wet ingredients together first (eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and shredded zucchini).
    Mix well.
    Then add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Mix. Bake in 2 loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for approximately 55 minutes.
