Spritz(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour

Preparation

Cream sugar and butter; add egg and beat well.
Add vanilla and flour.
Put through cookie press.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
Yields 4 dozen.
