2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 c. chocolate bits
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven
to 375\u00b0.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda
and
salt;
set
aside.
In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar,
brown
sugar
and
vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Spread into greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking
pan.
Bake
at
375\u00b0
for
20
to 25 minutes. Cool; cut into thirty-five 2-inch squares.
