Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
    1 1/4 c. shortening or salad oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    In large mixing bowl, combine wheat germ, nuts, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar.
    Form a well and add eggs, pumpkin and melted shortening or salad oil.
    Mix well.
    Pour into loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
