Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. flour
2 large (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
46 oz. tomato juice
1 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation

Saute pepper, onion and celery in oleo until tender and soft, not
brown.
Add flour and mix well.
Add other ingredients; mix well
and
cook
on
low
for 2 hours.
Add 3 pounds shrimp that have
been\tpeeled and deveined.
Cook slowly for another hour.
