Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in large bowl. Add oil and eggs; mix thoroughly. Stir in strawberries, pineapple and pecans. Pour batter into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Wrap loaves tightly in foil overnight.
