Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 large onion, sauteed in 3 Tbsp. butter
    dash of garlic salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Bring the soup and milk to a boil and add 1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese and the garlic salt.
    Stir until melted.
    Pour over the broccoli, rice and sauteed onion.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
