Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
milk or water
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and butter.
Add butter.
Slowly stir in sifted flour.
Add milk or water in small amounts until thick but mushy. Drop spoonfuls into greased and floured cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 - 375 until cookies bounce back when touched.
