Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen vegetables (San Francisco blend)
1/4 lb. summer sausage, cut into 1/2-inch sq.
4 Ball Park franks, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1 onion, sliced
2 medium potatoes, cubed
2 carrots, diced
1 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. oil
salt
pepper
Preparation

In a wok or heavy frypan, heat on medium high heat.
Add oil and brown franks and sausage.
Remove and set aside.
Add rest of ingredients, except chicken broth.
Fry about 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add chicken broth and meat.
Cover with lid; simmer until tender.
Salt and pepper to taste.
