Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries with juice, thawed
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a bowl, sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs.
    Add oil and sugar. Gradually add flour mixture, strawberries and pecans.
    Pour into two greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
