Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    butter
    salt
    pepper
    hot milk
    1 c. drained season cooked or canned peas
    2 Tbsp. snipped green onion
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    Cut slice from top of each. Scoop out inside; mash.
    Add butter, salt, pepper and hot milk to moisten.
    Beat fluffy.
    Fill shells half full with mashed potatoes.
    Combine peas and onion; divide among potato shells. Pile remaining mashed potatoes atop.
    Return to oven at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
