Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups all purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup veg. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients, set aside. Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Stir in zucchini and pecans. Add dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
