Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar together.
    Add beaten eggs; blend. Add bananas and milk; blend.
    Add dry ingredients, then vanilla and nuts.
    Put batter in greased 12 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
