Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 (2 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. herb stuffing
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except stuffing; toss gently.
    Spoon into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake a 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with stuffing.
    Bake additional 15 minutes.
