Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep vanilla wafer pie crust, Graham Cracker crust or plain pie crust
    1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. corn starch
    1 c. water
    1 small pkg. peach jello
    fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    If using a plain crust, bake and cool.
    Cook sugar, corn starch and water until thick.
    Add jello immediately.
    Place peaches in pie crust; pour jello mixture over peaches and let cool in refrigerator until set.
    Top with Cool Whip and serve.
