Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. large mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine onion and zucchini in 1 cup water.
    Cover and heat to boiling. Steam 4 minutes.
    Drain.
    Beat eggs with milk, flour and salt.
    Combine with zucchini and onion.
    Add mushrooms, Mozzarella cheese and all but 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
