Peanut Kisses(These Are Molded Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 3/4 c. unbleached flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chunky peanut butter (the chunkier the better)
1/2 lb. butter or margarine, softened to room temperature
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs (room temperature)
additional granulated sugar
8 doz. chocolate kisses, unwrapped
