Gaumies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. pkg. light caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt caramels and evaporated milk over low heat.
    Hand stir cake mixture and spread half in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Spread chocolate chips on top. Spread caramel mixture over and pat on remaining cake.
    Bake 18 minutes.
    Cool, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
