Fresh Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 well beaten eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. chopped fresh apples
    raisins and chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine cooking oil and sugar. Add well beaten eggs.
    Measure and sift together dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Add vanilla and chopped apples.
    Bake in loaf pan for 55 minutes at 300\u00b0 or make muffins.
    Bake in muffin pan for 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
